Terms and Conditions

Bond

The Hirer will hold all bonds until the safe return or pickup of all products in the same condition as were hired out to the client minus any reasonable wear and tear. All bonds will return to the client minus any fee incurred either due to late fee/extension fee and breakage/damage fee.

The amount of bond held 25% of the total amount of the products hire.

Payment

Balance for event styling/prop hire is due two/one days before the hand over for event.

Covid-19 policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: All bookings cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions/Government orders will receive a CREDIT on file (with no expiry date). No refunds will apply.

Cancellations

 Any cancellations must be given in writing addressed to Prop My Event Co. Deposit will be forfeited, Additions can be made at any time subject to the availability of the items. If you need to change the date of your event please notify us ASAP,  we will try our best to accommodate your new event date. All deposits made will be carried forward to the new event date.

How much is your delivery fee?

Delivery is dependent on location distance from our base in Greystanes 2145. For an accurate amount please get in touch with us.

Breakage and loss of items
The hirer holds responsibility and liability in the event of any damages, breakages and/or loss of props during the hire period.
The hirer agrees to pay for all products damaged, broken, lost or not returned.

Liability

Prop My Event Co is not responsible for any injuries that may occur as a result of items supplied by Prop My Event Co. The hirer is to use all props safely for their intended purpose & to adhere to any instructions provided by Prop My Event Co.

Marketing
Prop My Event Co has the right to use or share any images which showcase their products to Instagram, Facebook and Website.
